Our Process

No matter what age or stage of dad, our proven process will enhance your ability to overcome mistakes, break the negative cycle of your past, and create the family life you dream of having.

Stage 1

Awareness

Create clarity on your "5P's"

  • Purpose - role as a dad/husband

  • People - who is most important

  • Personality - strengths, weakness, values

  • Passion - what lights you up

  • Priorities - where do you commit time

Stage 2

Alignment

Put the right pieces in the right place for your family life.  Realignment brings the goals you have as a dad into focus and empowers you to create the road map to get there.

Stage 3

Activation

Taking control of your thoughts requires intentionally feeding your mind the right inputs. Activation occurs when you consciously think about the right things, and start to reprogram your subconscious reactions. This is when you begin to break the patterns of old behaviour and create new ones.

Stage 4

Accountability

This is the foundation of your success. The specific and regular accountability built into the DNA of Connected Dads will drive your transformation. Here is why:

The American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) found that you have a 65% chance of completing a goal if you commit to someone. When you establish a specific accountability practice with this person, you increase your chance of success by up to 95%.

Dads, you are made for this. It's your time to thrive.  Your family is counting on you!
